While eating fifty cent cupcakes and
Twelve and a half cent chocolate chip cookies
Christmas carols and above freezing temperatures
A photo with Santa Claus
Complete with two happy children
Only partial parental intrusion and
A Candy cane
Not eaten but only licked through the plastic
Just minor tantrums upon arriving home past bedtime and
Through it all a full moon
Illuminating a perfect night and
All of its flaws
